Money Orders are fine as long as our bank does not question its authenticity as with all things they are counterfeited. They must be received within 7 days.
Checks are accepted, but items will be held ten business days for clearance. Check should arrive within 7 days.
If no arrangement for payment has been made or communication of your intention to pay within 3 days, Rogue River Mercantile reserves the right to return the item to the shops listings and cancel the sale.
Any state or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

The items are sold 'as is' & there are no exchanges or returns unless they are grossly misrepresented.
It is to be expected that old, vintage & antique items will naturally show some age. Every effort is made to include a proper description of things & we try to mention any major flaws or problems - always ask questions before purchasing, if in doubt.
If anything you might purchase is in "mint" condition or new old stock (NOS) it will be stated in the listing.
If your purchase should arrive damaged it is the on the carrier to reconcile the situation with you the buyer, to settled through the USPS insurance which is the responsibility of the buyer.
